Consignors earn a base of 50% of their sales and a potential to earn up to 65% through Crewing.

Gather the items you’d like to sell then use our online entry system to enter your items. Prepare & tag your items according to our instructions & guidelines.

Prepare

Login to your Consignor account to reserve your Drop Off Appointment during our Drop Off Days. Bring your items to drop off where we will review & inspect your items.

Pick Up

Pick up any unsold items during our designated pick up times or choose to donate them to charity.

What Can I Sell?

The Pop-Up Closet Sale is a seasonal resale event held twice a year—Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. However, our March 2025 event will be an "All Seasons" event, meaning we will accept items for all seasons.

We accept new and “gently” loved, current style brand women’s and teen clothing (petite to plus sizes), along with accessories and select home décor. 

Exception this Sale for Holiday Items: Only holiday-related items for holidays that fall between February and August will be accepted. 

All consigned items must be in excellent condition—free from stains, tears, odors, pilling, snags, pet hair and broken or missing closures. 

Item Allowances per Consignor: 

  • 100 hanging items (clothing) 

  • 50 non-hanging items

Women’s & Teen Clothing 

  • Women’s clothing & shoes - must be trendy & current brands, no more than 5 years old unless classic style or vintage. 

  • Teen clothing & shoes (no children's sizes) 

  • Women’s Shoes – no stilettos/extreme heels 

  • Special occasion items 

  • Swimwear & Coverups 

  • Ski apparel (coats, pants) 

 Accessories 

  • Handbags (purses, totes, travel bags, wallets) – NO Counterfeit or knock-off designer items  

  • Scarves (wraps, winter scarves, silk scarves)

  • Hats & Visors

Home & Holiday Items 

  • Home Decor – Must be current or trendy style (Think “HomeGoods” or “HomeSense” type items). Large or oversized items need pre-approval. Send us a photo for pre-approval. 

  • Mirrors 

  • Photo frames, 

  • Pictures & Wall Decor 

  • Unused candles, 

  • Throw Pillows 

  • Trays & Tabletop Decor 

  • Holiday items (March 2025 Event - holidays between February & August) 

  • Pet items New or in excellent condition

Unaccepted Items

The Pop-Up Closet holds final approval on all items included in the sale.

Clothing & Accessories 

  • Off Trend items (within 4 years unless classic or vintage) 

  • Clothing with stains, holes, snags, missing buttons, or odors 

  • Shrunken, faded or wrinkled garments

  • Business suits or office formal wear 

  • Maternity clothing 

  • Srubs

  • Wedding gowns or Maid of Honor gowns

  • Custom or handmade clothing (unless from a known boutique) 

  • Heavily worn or damaged shoes (scuffed soles, peeling, or odors) 

  • Stilettos & extreme heels 

  • Counterfeit or knock-off designer items. Items must be manufacured by the brand represented on the item.

  • Tangled or mismatched Jewelry; Watches w/o batteries

  • Items obtained Illegally. We will not accept any item we believe may have been obtained illegally.

Beauty & Personal Care 

  • Used beauty & skincare products 

  • No Hair Products, Nail Polish or Makeup

  • Opened or partially used perfume bottles 

  • Hairbrushes, razors, or personal grooming tools 

  • Expired or near-expiry beauty products  

Home & Holiday Items 

  • Large furniture & bulky décor (space constraints) 

  • Mattresses, bedding, & bed pillows (hygiene reasons) 

  • Chipped, broken, or incomplete home décor 

  • Randome knick-knacks, dishes, coffee mugs or glassware

  • Used candles (only new ones accepted) 

 Entertainment & Miscellaneous 

  • Books, DVDs, CDs, & outdated media 

  • Electronics & small appliances  

  • Exercise equipment (unless part of athleisure/accessories)
